Združeni za razvoj naslednje generacije poklicnih voznikov in njihovo poklicno integracijo

Pomankanje strokovno usposobljene delovne sile je že doseglo številna podjetja v prometni, špedicijski in logistični panogi. Zato je združenje Intertransport razvilo pilotni projekt, ki je privlačen mladim migrantom, pa tudi slovenskim iskalcem zaposlitve.

O projektu:

  • Gre za izobraževalni program, ki je nastal zaradi obstoječih potreb v transportni panogi. S pomočjo programa bodo udeleženci usposobljeni za eno od številnih prostih delovnih mest v transportni panogi in se tako lahko hitro uspešno vključili na trg delovne sile.
  • Usposabljanje vključuje pridobitev vozniškega dovoljena C kategorije (tj. vozniški izpit za tovorno motorno vozilo).
  • Projekt omogoča udeležbo v izobraževanju ne le lokalnim iskalcem zaposlitve temveč tudi migrantom in beguncem z dovoljenjem za stalno prebivanje v Republiki Sloveniji.
  • Združenje Intertransport v celoti koordinira projekt: udeležence rekrutira, selekcionira, usmerja in spremlja vse do zaključene kvalifikacije.

  • Migranti/tke in begunci/ke z dovoljenjem za bivanje v Republiki sloveniji ter domači iskalci zaposlitve,
  • stari/e najmanj 21 let,
  • z veljavnim vozniškim dovoljenjem B kategorije,
  • s področja celotne Slovenije,
  • zaželeno je znanje slovenskega, angleškega in dodatnega tujega jezika
  • zaželena je zaključena poklicna srednja šola, smer avtomehanik

V katerem podjetju ali sektorju se lahko zaposlite?

Področje dejavnosti poklicnega voznika zajema predvsem tovorni in potniški promet. Možnosti zaposlitve so številne. Zaposlite se lahko pri manjših prevoznih podjetjih kakor tudi velikih korporacijah in logističnih podjetjih. Tudi podjetja, ki opravljajo poštne in kurirske storitve, so pogosti delodajalci.

United for the Development of the Next Generation of Professional Drivers and Their Professional Integration

The shortage of professional drivers has already reached many companies in the transport industry, freight forwarding, and logistics. This is the reason why Intertransport Association (GIZ ITT) has developed a pilot project that aims to appeal to the future generation of professional drivers among migrants, refugees, and other jobseekers in Slovenia.

Project description:

  • It is an educational program during which participants will be trained for one of the many vacant jobs in the transport industry and will be able to participate in the labour market actively.
  • During the training, participants will obtain the driving license for trucks (category C).
  • The training is open for Slovenians, migrants, and refugees with a residence permit.
  • Intertransport Association is project coordinator and responsible for recruitment, selection, training, and follow-up of the participants.

Requirements

  • Slovenians, migrants, and refugees with a residence permit,
  • 21 years old or older,
  • a legal driving license for a car (category B),
  • living in Slovenia,
  • it is desired that candidates understand and speak Slovene, English and any other foreign language,
  • it is desired that candidates have obtained a high school diploma, preferably auto mechanic training school.

Employment opportunities

Professional truck drivers are employed at small and large trucking companies as well as freight forwarding companies. Even companies that carry out postal and courier service trips are frequent employers.

Gemeinsam für den Fachkräftenachwuchs und berufliche Integration

Der Fachkräftemangel hat bereits viele Unternehmen der Transport-, Speditions- und Logistikbranche erreicht. Deshalb hat der Verband Intertransport (GIZ ITT) ein Modellprojekt entwickelt, dass junge Migranten ansprechen soll, aber selbstverständlich auch für slowenische Arbeitsuchende attraktiv ist.

Profil des Projekts:

  • Es ist ein Bildungsprogramm nach Bedarf und mit Augenmaß. Hier sollen Menschen für einen der vielen freien Arbeitsplätze in der Branche ausgebildet werden und dadurch schnell, auf “eigenen Füßen stehen” können.
  • Bestandteil der Qualifikation ist der Erwerb des Führerscheins für Lkw.
  • Das Projektdesign ermöglicht neben einheimischen Arbeitsuchenden auch Migranten und Geflüchtete mit Bleiberecht und Bleibeperspektive die Teilnahme.
  • Der Verband Intertransport übernimmt die Koordination des Projekts. Es bietet eine Begleitung und Betreuung bis hin zur Prüfung.

Teilnehmer/-innen an der Qualifikation:

  • slowenische Arbeitsuchende sowie Migranten und Geflüchtete mit Bleiberecht,
  • mind. 21 alt,
  • mit Führerschein für Pkw,
  • aus ganzer Slowenien.

In welchem Unternehmen bzw. Branchen sind Sie einsetzbar?

Das Tätigkeitfeld des Berufskraftfahrers umfasst hauptsächlich den Güterverkehr und die Personenbeförderung. Die Einsatzmöglichkeiten sind vielfältig. Sowohl Einzelunternehmen als auch große Speditionen kommen als Ihr Arbeitgeber infrage. Auch Unternehmen, die Post- und Kurierdienstfahrten durchführen, sind häufige Arbeitgeber.
